We'd love for as many of you as possible to stay on-site at Fernwood Cove. We have roughly 30 cabins for our group, ranging from 10-bed bunks to larger lodges that sleep 20. The cabins are rustic, spacious, clean, and get good light.

Staying at camp isn't required. There are details further down for anyone planning to stay off-site.

Where You'll Sleep
The Cabins
Bunk Line
15 cabins, 10 beds each
The classic camp setup. Each cabin has a toilet and sink inside, a cubby room for storage, and bunk beds. No electricity, but a headlamp and portable battery should serve for most purposes. Most guests will be staying here.
Waterfront Bunks
5 cabins, 10 beds each
Right by the lake. Same bunk setup as the Bunk Line, but no toilets inside the cabin. You'll use the Bird Bath bathhouse just up the path. The trade-off is being right on the water.
Staff Village
5 cabins, 10 beds each, electricity
A cluster of cabins near the top of camp. Bunk beds and electricity, which is handy for charging phones or keeping a nightlight on for kids. No toilet inside, but a bathhouse is just a short walk. Good for families with little ones.
Penguin & Flamingo
2 large cabins, 20 beds each, 4 wings
The two biggest cabins on the property, near the bonfire circle. Each one is divided into four wings, so groups within the cabin still get their own space. Flamingo has its own bathhouse, The Lagoon, with outdoor showers. Good for larger friend groups who want to bunk together.

Bedding

Cabins come with mattresses but not bedding. We recommend bringing a sleeping bag or your own sheets and blanket. Pillows too.

Towels

Bring your own. You'll want at least two, one for the shower and one for the lake. A quick-dry camp towel is handy if you've got one.

Bathrooms & Showers

Bunk Line cabins have a toilet and sink inside. Waterfront Bunks and Staff Village cabins don't, but bathhouses are a short walk from any cabin. Showers for everyone are in shared bathhouses. Flamingo has its own bathhouse, The Lagoon, with outdoor showers.

Electricity

Only the Staff Village cabins have electricity. Bunk Line, Waterfront Bunks, and Penguin & Flamingo do not. Bring a portable charger for your phone and a headlamp for nighttime.

WiFi

There is WiFi at camp, though coverage varies. Worth planning for spotty connectivity in some areas.

Kids & Families

Families with young children will be assigned cabins together. We'll do our best to put you somewhere with electricity and close to the main buildings. Let us know your needs when you RSVP.

Bedding & Towel Rentals

If you'd rather travel light, camp offers a linen package for $35 per person for the weekend. Includes 2 sheets, a fleece blanket, a pillow with pillowcase, and a bath towel. You can opt in when you RSVP. Note that the package includes one towel, so if you're planning to swim, bring a second one for the lake.

Lodging Fee
The Details

There is a $100 lodging fee, which covers accommodations for the full weekend (no matter how many nights you are staying). Kids are free.

The fee will be collected by venue staff on-site, payable by cash or Venmo.

If the fee is a concern for any reason, please reach out to us directly. Having you there is what matters most.

Cabin Assignments

Our goal is to pair people with friends and family, and we won't put you with strangers. We'll sort the details through the RSVP form, so let us know any preferences or specific needs there.

If You're Not Staying at Camp

Harrison and the surrounding area have hotels, inns, and vacation rentals within a short drive. You're still welcome at every meal and activity, and there's parking at camp. Just let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
